Mission Statement

Since the installation of Phi Omega Phi as the first fraternity at Augustana College, our members have been devoutly committed to active leadership on the Augustana Campus and in the surrounding community. You can find us in leadership positions in student groups, varsity athletics, clubs, campus offices, and more. We take great pride in the values in which our founding fathers built this fraternity on in 1915: Diligence, Decorum, respect, and professionalism. Phi Omega Phi has a strong tradition of crafting young men who are leaders of character, striving to exceed expectations in everything they do.
